once a month visits, monthly report to the owner,
photographs when necessary, twice yearly cleaning,
inventory.
v House
Maintenance including key holding, payment of utility bills,
monthly visits, monthly report to the owner, photographs
when necessary, twice yearly cleaning, inventory, twice a
year general grass cutting.
v Welcome
Cleaning / Food Pack Apartments (immediately before arrival
– general cleaning of the apartment and supply with a
welcome pack including beverages and food according to a
list).

Cleaning / Food Pack Houses (prior to arrival – general
cleaning of the house, grass cutting and supply with a
welcome pack including beverages and food according to a
